Price is driven almost entirely by condition, where a single crease can halve it, so protection is the daily practice: bags, boards, stored upright, away from light and damp. Old paper is acidic and yellows and embrittles on its own, which can be slowed but not stopped. Buy reprints to read and leave the collected copy shut.
