Qigong
Slow standing movements matched to the breath, about twenty minutes a set
A set of slow standing movements coordinated with the breath, practised in Chinese parks in the morning — and standing at the edge of a group and copying them is still the normal way in. The movements are slow and small, a set runs about twenty minutes, and long repeated passages make it easy to remember. Unlike tai chi it carries no martial content.
