Darts
A board on the wall, and what you practise is repeating one motion
A board, a set of darts and a clear throwing space make a home practice setup. The work is repetition: settle into a consistent motion and watch how the grouping changes. Scoring is the other half of the game. In 501 you subtract each turn and plan which number to leave for a double finish.
First stepSecure a dartboard in a clear throwing area, mark a throwing line, and practise rounds of three, aiming first for a close group.
