Cloud Spotting
Look up: each cloud has a name, and the name tells you the weather
The only required movement is looking up, so it costs almost no time and works sitting down. Clouds fall into ten genera, and once those ten names are in your head the sky turns from white smears into structured information: cirrus can mean a front hours out, an anvil-topped cumulonimbus means find shelter now.
First stepLook up once a day for a week, photograph the sky, and sort the clouds into the ten genera until you've named at least four.
