Beading

Thread beads one at a time, following a pattern, into something wearable

A box of beads, a reel of thread and a few fine needles is enough, and a first bracelet is wearable inside an hour. Tension and finishing decide whether it looks good: too loose and it gapes, too tight and it curls, and a badly hidden knot shows immediately. Beads accumulate, and storage becomes a problem before materials do.

First stepGet a tube of seed beads, some thread and beading needles, make a one-colour bracelet, and hide the knot inside a bead.
