Jianzi
Keep a weighted feather shuttle in the air using only your feet
A jianzi is a weighted shuttlecock with feathers, kicked rather than hit, and in Chinese parks a circle of strangers passing one around is the normal form. It costs very little, needs no court, and works with any number of people. The basic touch is the inside of the foot, and a few minutes gets two or three in a row.
First stepBuy a jianzi and kick it up with the inside of alternating feet until you reach twenty without a drop.
