Juggling
The three-ball cascade comes together in a week or two
Three balls cost very little and a continuous cascade arrives within a week or two, which is unusually fast feedback for a skill. The path is explicit: one ball between hands, then two, then three, and skipping a stage simply fails. Above that sit four and five, clubs and rings. Practise beside a bed so drops need no bending.
First stepGet three juggling balls, stand by your bed, work up from one ball to two, and finish with ten clean catches using three.
