Aerial Silks
Climb and wrap on two hanging fabrics, entirely on upper body strength
It has to happen in a studio with proper rigging and mats; a home setup is not a realistic option. A first class is usually a climb and one basic wrap, and the climb alone is exhausting, because upper body and grip are the entire bottleneck for the first weeks. Expect blisters and fabric marks on your skin.
First stepBook an intro aerial silks class at a studio with rigging and crash mats, and learn one climb and one basic wrap under the instructor's eye.
