Scrapbooking

Photos, ticket stubs and handwriting, laid out one page at a time

An album, adhesive and some cardstock is the whole start, and a single page takes an hour or two to lay out. What separates it from sticking photos in a book is the layout: spacing, layering, where the writing sits. Use acid-free paper and glue, or the photographs yellow and go brittle within a few years.

First stepChoose five photos from one trip and lay out a single acid-free page with space and a title before gluing anything down.
