Bodyweight Training

No weights: you make the movement harder by changing leverage

A patch of floor is enough to start with pushing, squatting and holding positions. Range of motion, support and tempo can change the difficulty: wall push-ups can lead toward floor push-ups without buying weights. If you want to add hanging movements or pull-ups, look for a secure bar or a suitable training space.

First stepAt home, do three rounds of push-ups, squats and a plank; if floor push-ups are too hard, do them against a table edge.
