Parkour

Learn to land and roll before you think about clearing anything

It costs nothing, but the first lesson is landing rather than jumping: absorb with the knees, roll out of it, and everything later is injuries if this is skipped. The proper order is hundreds of repetitions at a low height before raising it. Training with a local group is markedly safer, and they know which spots are tolerated.

First stepFind a low wall in a park and practise landings and a shoulder roll until you can drop from waist height almost silently.
