Strength Training

Add a little more than last time, and the body follows

A gym membership is the main cost. Common movement patterns include squatting, pushing, pulling and hinging at the hips. Learn the movements with a load you can control, then build gradually; a log helps plan the next session, alongside time to recover. Gym equipment makes small changes in resistance easier to measure than many bodyweight variations.

First stepBook a gym induction. Learn basic squat, push and pull movements with resistance you can control, and record the exercises and loads for your next session.
