Swimming

You can swim once breathing stops being the problem

Pools charge per visit or by the month, with little to buy beyond a suit and goggles. Start with breathing out in water, floating and taking a breath before joining the movements together. An instructor can help spot where you get stuck. For a first lesson, choose a shallow teaching area rather than a distance target.

First stepSign up for adult learn-to-swim and aim to float face-down, breathing out through your nose, for a count of five.
